VIP CRM Manager


  • Directly responsible for overall success of marketing strategies, programs and campaigns for VIP players across all products
  • Contribute to the overall bonus strategy and marketing budget and specifically recommend and agree to the bonus strategy and budget for all VIP players.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to ensure continuity with campaigns across the business
  • Liaise with internal and external partners including: Creative Design, SEO, Affiliates, PR, Event Planning, Editorial, and Customer Service to ensure fully integrated campaigns and the smooth roll out of related communications
  • Liaise with global BI team to segment and identify VIP players
  • Measure the results of VIP marketing campaigns as well as the overall health of the VIP player base, reporting on both monthly and annually
  • Liaise with local BI team on player behavior, performance and demographics and drive learning around the engagement of VIP players and their betting habits across the team and overall organization


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline
  • 2+ years of marketing experience. Online marketing experience is an asset
  • A passion for the online gambling business; direct experience in Gambling industry
  • A proven track record of success in developing and administering marketing programs; a disciplined approach and process for developing product marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills including oral, written and presentation and facilitation
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
  • Previous budgetary responsibility would be an asset
