Payments and Receipts Executive – Mandarin
- Responsible for processing payments to customers.
- Prepares management reports.
- Communicates with Customer Service Team regarding member’s monetary concerns.
- Controls fraud.
- Extracts and compiles data for analysis when required.
- Continues to acquire and improve knowledge about the gaming industry.
- Must be higly proficient in Mandarin
- Is knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Willing to work flexible hours and days.
- Has the ability to work pragmatically and possesses good analytical skills.
- Is responsible and meticulous.
- Has the ability to decide what tools to use when required.
- Is a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
