Payments and Receipts Executive – Mandarin


  • Responsible for processing payments to customers.
  • Prepares management reports.
  • Communicates with Customer Service Team regarding member’s monetary concerns.
  • Controls fraud.
  • Extracts and compiles data for analysis when required.
  • Continues to acquire and improve knowledge about the gaming industry.


  • Must be higly proficient in Mandarin
  • Is knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Willing to work flexible hours and days.
  • Has the ability to work pragmatically and possesses good analytical skills.
  • Is responsible and meticulous.
  • Has the ability to decide what tools to use when required.
  • Is a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Is able to multi-task and handle multiple systems at the same time.
